Presence vs. Head!

85% of our thoughts during the day circle around our favourite subjects such as “Yesterday” and “Tomorrow”. Meanwhile we completely forget about the present moment. We are consumed with overthinking, worrying, feeling overwhelmed by past experiences and future expectations. Often our lifes are driven by our heads rather than by the present moment. We regret our yesterdays, plan our tomorrows and forget the NOW. Goal is to become aware and replace the identification with these thoughts and emotions towards a consciousness for the present moment…….space, new possibilities and visions. Freeing your mind from a lot of rubbish and allowing your intuition and creativity to come through. Slowing down the racing film track, instead observing the details. Shifting your mindset from being the victim of your circumstances to becoming the creator of your inner and outer peace, freedom and abundance, accessing and listening to your wisdom within. Daily consistency with constructive affirmations, whenever ego centered ideas are taking you out of the present moment, is a very helpful tool in this process.
