Each artwork sold in this shop is a unique and handcrafted piece created by the artist. Because of the personal and artistic nature of these works, returns and refunds are only possible in exceptional cases, such as when the item arrives damaged or defective.
General Policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and sent back in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items

Proof of Purchase

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your returned item. You will then be notified whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original method of payment within a few days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at {email address}, including photos of the damage. We will review your claim and arrange a replacement or partial refund if appropriate.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
